Join us for our final Sydney Luncheon in 2022, the UDIA NSW Annual Christmas Luncheon. 

During the lunch we will be joined by guest speaker Benedicte Colin, CEO at Transport Asset Holding Entity (TAHE). TAHE is proud to be launching Sydney’s most significant Build-To-Rent opportunity as part of the NSW Government’s ongoing renewal and revitalisation of the Redfern North Eveleigh precinct – the Clothing Store Sub-Precinct. An ‘Expression of interest’ has commenced to identify partners to co-own, develop and operate a Build to Rent asset with potential for 500-600 BTR dwellings. Following this UDIA will launch the 2022 Apartments Survey Report outlining the many barriers facing the sector and the need for policies to turn around this continuing decline in commencements.

Also during the lunch, we will hear from our newly elected President Jacqueline Vozzo who will discuss the UDIA State Election Campaign, and Michael Photios, former NSW MP and Chairman of Premier State, a leading government relations consultancy for our sector, will outline how development will feature during the election campaign and what different possible election results will mean for our industry.
