Join us for the 2022 Annual President's Luncheon as UDIA NSW President Stephen McMahon showcases the finalists for the prestigious UDIA NSW Crown Group President’s Award and announces the 2022 winner.

Each year the President gives an award to a project that represents the best of the best from the winners of the UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence.

This year we will be joined by David Chandler OAM and Matt Press who will present on the Construct NSW reform work and the Trusted Developer program now positioning NSW to lead the next stage of growth in the Apartments sector. Following their presentation, David and Matt will join a panel with Nicholle Sparkes from Frasers Property Australia to discuss the progress achieved and the pathway towards Decennial Liability Insurance for Apartments.
