The Central Coast is unique in many ways both in terms of its identity and topography and with the population anticipated to grow to more than 400k by 2041, the region needs a local focus to deliver solutions to local issues.
At this event, we will have the opportunity to hear from the Hon. Anthony Roberts MP, Minister for Homes and Minister for Planning. The Minister will provide an update on how the Government can assist Central Coast Council to achieve better development outcomes for the region consistent with the Regional Plan, including the importance of establishing an Urban Development Program (UDP) Committee, completing the strategic biocertification for the Central Coast and how the Central Coast can access the $300m allocated to enabling Infrastructure in the recent NSW Budget.
