Michele Adair

CEO, Housing Trust NSW

Amy-Grace Douglas

Principal, Social Strategy, Ethos Urban

Applying a social lens to the development assessment process for over 11 years, Amy-Grace has a background in urban planning, having worked in development assessment and strategic planning roles in Perth, London and Sydney, including five years with the City of Sydney. As part of the growing Social Strategy and Engagement team at Ethos Urban, Amy-Grace currently prepares Social Impact Assessments and Community Infrastructure Needs Analyses for development projects across NSW and Victoria, and has a very keen interest in the role of social planning in such projects. She is a member of the Ethos Urban RAP Committee, Sustainability Committee and a committee member of the PIA NSW Women in Planning Network and recently published an article in the PIA New Planner magazine about the rising case of homelessness amongst older women.


Mark Lawler

COO, Inclusive Housing Australia

Mark has more than 30 years of experience in building and construction project and asset management, specialising in disability and social housing. Prior to helping create Inclusive Housing Australia (IHA), Mark was General Manager Property at Achieve Australia and held senior roles at the NSW Land and Housing Corporation and the NSW Department of Family and Community Services (FACS). Mark is a current member of the National Disability Insurance Agency’s (NDIA) Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Reference Group.


Belinda Goh

Principal Architect, Populous

Belinda is currently leading an initiative within Populous focusing on Women in Sport and Entertainment (W.I.S.E) Design which aims to innovate in areas of design for women. Belinda is currently a member of the AIA NSW Chapter Gender Equity Taskforce, member of the AIA NSW Chapter Built Environment Committee and Sustainability Working Group and AIA NSW Awards Jury Chair for Commercial and Urban Design Categories 2021.
