UDIA NSW invites you to join your industry colleagues at our UDIA Hunter Infrastructure Luncheon, where we will discuss unlocking our region’s major growth fronts. 

With NSW Government calling for 30,400 new dwelling completions to be delivered in Lower Hunter LGAs over the next 5 years to meet Housing Accord targets, we will focus on the necessary infrastructure required and how can it be delivered on time.
Simon Hunter, the Chief Transport Planner at Transport for NSW will share with us the work currently underway to better align transport and land use planning. We will then hear from Jason Yeo, ADW Johnson, who will present the updated findings of UDIA’s Building Blocks report that identifies the enabling infrastructure needs of our development sites. 

These two presentations will be followed by a panel discussion with Stuart Ayres, CEO, UDIA NSW.
