UDIA’s 2025 Illawarra Chapter invites you to join us at our first Illawarra event of the year on 14 March, where The Hon. Ryan Park MP, Minister for the Illawarra and the South Coast will share how today’s State Government is prioritising this region.  His presentation will be followed by a fireside chat with UDIA NSW’s CEO Stuart Ayres.

UDIA NSW's evolving policy, research and advocacy have a common theme and that is to promote the Illawarra-Shoalhaven region as deserving of ongoing state, federal, and global attention and investment.

Orion Group’s Head of Urban Services, James Green will present the findings from our 2025 UDIA Illawarra-Shoalhaven Building Blocks report which provides a deep dive into the enabling infrastructure that is needed to unlock significant tranches of housing across the Illawarra-Shoalhaven. This will be a significant piece of advocacy for funding to support the long-term sustainability of the development pipeline across the region.
