Executive Director of the Building Commission of NSW, Tom Kearney will be providing attendees with an in-depth briefing relating to Part 6 of the proposed “Consolidated Building Bill” and its impact on Manufactured Housing Estates in NSW.

The dual challenges of an ageing population and the need for greater access of supply of age-friendly design and planning policy presents government decisionmakers with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help alleviate the housing crisis and ensure proper planning controls are in place to support seniors across NSW. This is just one of the ways government can better support seniors as they right size their living needs in retirement.
