Join us for the UDIA NSW Annual President's Luncheon, for a discussion on the future of housing design and delivery in NSW, with a presentation from NSW Government Architect Abbie Galvin on the newly released low rise Pattern Book.
The Pattern Book’s clear and adaptable design templates were introduced to help streamline housing development across the state with pre-approved designs. Abbie will talk through the various applications of the Pattern Book for the development industry, showing how it integrates with existing planning rules and to create more efficient, consistent, and high-quality housing outcomes. She will also update members on the next iteration of this work, the mid-rise pattern book for apartments of up to 6 stories.
