About the Course
Delivered as a practical workshop, the Advanced Financial Feasibility course is an interactive learning experience that takes attendees through the practical application of financial feasibility using the ARGUS EstateMaster software. The course uses a detailed case study of a site in Sydney to conduct a feasibility study from start to finish. Attendees will gain insight from industry experts at Altus Group and learn how to derive the necessary information for a feasibility study. The course concludes with a research exercise where participants will input data on dwelling sizes, sales rates, and construction costs under the guidance of an Altus Senior Trainer.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for individuals with some industry experience, particularly those with technical backgrounds, or those who have previously attended the Introduction to Financial Feasibility course. Attendees must be familiar with using the ARGUS EstateMaster software. The course is ideal for those looking to deepen their understanding of financial feasibility analysis and how to assess whether a proposed development will be a financial success or failure. It will also help attendees identify potential risks and perform sensitivity analysis to better understand those risks.
