He works closely with clients to unlock the full potential of their property assets, offering tailored advice that drives value and mitigates risk. His career includes pivotal roles within financial institutions, private enterprises, and government development bodies. In 2017, Bill co-founded Trio Property Group with Carlos Lopez, a boutique consultancy known for assembling elite technical teams to tackle complex development challenges.
