UDIA NSW is delighted to invite UDIA Members and Key Stakeholders to an exclusive UDIA TV Event for the preliminary NSW launch of our major research project, the UDIA National Housing Pipeline® (NHP), presented by NBN Co. At this special National Housing Pipeline Outlook Forum, UDIA and Mecone will bring you the preliminary analysis of the NHP, stemming from multi-faceted layers of engagement and data collection. This will include Mecone’s comprehensive mapping of planning and environmental constraints, as well as the initial findings from our developer intentions survey of UDIA Members across the Sydney Megaregion.

The NHP aims to be the most collaborative and comprehensive development constraints and forecasting intelligence platform for new residential developments across Australia, helping to fill a crucial data gap through our robust testing of the 
housing supply pipeline. 

Set to change the housing supply conversation towards land readiness and land availability, the NHP will become a key advocacy tool for UDIA to take to Government to help inform their prioritisation and funding of critical infrastructure and planning decision making as we look to tackle the housing supply crisis head on.
