Leadership Through Change

The UDIA Young Leaders are proud to present an informative end of year event, jam packed with an expert panel on leadership and an unique networking opportunity in the new SMEG Offices in Alexandria.

Throughout 2024, our young leaders have tackled several topics, but an ongoing theme is understanding how those within the industry use the principles of leadership to take bold and proactive action amidst dynamic and oftentimes risky environments. Risk continues to be compounded on our industry, and knowing how to navigate these challenges is becoming increasingly valuable.

We are pleased to be joined by a legendary cast of panellists, including Housing Trust’s Managing Director Michele Adair, newly awarded UDIA NSW Distinguished Service Award Winner Jenny Rudolph, Mirvac’s Development Director Adrian Checchin and UDIA NSW CEO, Stuart Ayres, who will all discuss how they have led through times of challenging policy, economic, social and corporate environments to build successful companies and reputations.
